§ 22.40.010. Generally.

Blocks shall not be longer than 1,320 feet between intersecting street lines, except on arterial highways and thoroughfares where longer blocks may be required. Lots with frontage on more than one street will not be permitted (except corner lots) unless approved by the planning commission and when access rights are released on one street. A one foot nonaccess strip, in addition to other easements, shall be dedicated to the city and a permanent wall or fence installed when required by the city council.
