§ 22.12.010. Advisory agency.

The planning commission is designated as the advisory agency with respect to subdivisions as provided in the Subdivision Map Act of the state Government Code Section 66415 or as it may thereafter be amended. The planning commission has the authority to investigate and report on the design and improvement of proposed divisions of real property, the imposing of requirements or conditions thereon, and having the authority to recommend or approve, conditionally approve or deny maps.

§ 22.12.020. Appeal board.

The city council is designated as the appeal board with respect to all decisions of the advisory agency as provided in the Subdivision Map Act of the state. (Ord. 88-O-117 § 1, 1988)
