Pinole Municipal Code Ch. 15.50 Water Supply Systems

This chapter shall be described as the water supply systems ordinance. (Ord. 483 § 1(part), 1986).

Division 414 of the Ordinance Code of Contra Costa County described herein as the “adopted code,” shall be the rules, regulations, requirements, fees and procedures for water supply systems in the city, subject to the following amendments. (Ord. 483 § 1 (part), 1986)

Section 414-4.215 of the adopted code is amended to read:

Health Officer means the health officer of Contra Costa County and his/her duly authorized inspectors, deputies and representatives.

For purposes of enforcing this chapter, the City Council delegates its authority to the health officer of Contra Costa County. Appeals are delegated to the board of supervisors of Contra Costa County with the procedures as described in Section 414-4.1017 of the adopted code. (Ord. 483 § 1(part), 1986).

Section 414-4.1019 of the adopted code is amended to read as follows:

414-4.1019 Enforcement Penalties. Any person violating this chapter or regulations issued hereunder, by failing to submit plans, obtain necessary inspections and approvals, or pay fees or by commencing or continuing construction or remodeling in violation hereof shall be guilty of an infraction and in addition to any penalty that may be adjudged, shall pay triple the appropriate fee.
