Sec. 9.40.010. - Injuring property prohibited.

It is unlawful for any person to cut, mark, burn, tear down, deface, remove or destroy any building or any portion of any building, walk, bridge, fence, tree, plant, shrub, ornamental structure or object or any property of any kind or description belonging to or used by the city for a public purpose without lawful authority.
