Sec. 7.04.010. - Garbage—Dumping.

It is unlawful for any person to dump, place or bury on any lot, land, street, alley or waterway within the city any garbage, kitchen or table refuse, offal, swill, dead animal, waste matter or any accumulation of animal or vegetable matter, broken crockery, tin cans, metal vessels, trimmings from trees, shrubs, or garden, any rags, papers, straw, packing material, boxes, ashes, or any kind of rubbish, waste material or refuse, except that such matter may be completely buried or burned on private property.

Sec. 7.04.020. - Same—Accumulation.

It is unlawful for any person owning or occupying any building lot or premises in the city to suffer, allow or permit to accumulate, collect or remain upon said lot or premises any garbage, waste matter or other offensive matter as described in section 7.04.010, except the same may be placed in tightly closed garbage cans, or burned or buried as provided in section 7.04.010.

Sec. 7.04.030. - Same—Burning.

It is unlawful to burn in the open air any garbage, manure, offal, swell, dead animal or other material that burning gives off an offensive odor or a dense or offensive smoke.

Sec. 7.04.040. - Reserved.

Sec. 7.04.050. - Deposits in streets.

It is unlawful to load or unload cars with fertilizer within the city limits or to throw or place rubbish, slush, trash, debris, refuse or waste matter into or upon any of the public streets, alleys, highways or parks of the city.
