Sec. 20.06.010. - Violation; penalty.

Any person violating any of the provisions of this title shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof, shall be punished by a fine of not more than $1,000.00 or by imprisonment in the county jail for a period not exceeding one year, or by both such fine and imprisonment.
