2.400.010 - Short title.

This chapter shall be known as "The Criminal Records Ordinance."

2.400.020 - Use and access.

Pursuant to Section 11105(b)(10) of the Penal Code, the persons occupying the following classifications are authorized to have access to and use of state criminal history information when necessary to fulfilling employment, certification or licensing duties: City manager, director of personnel and employee relations, employee relations coordinator, city clerk, city attorney, deputy city attorney, police chief.
