2.390.010 - Document fees.

The city clerk and all other city departments shall charge and collect fees for copies of any record or document duplicated by means of carbon copy, or other means of reproduction, certified or noncertified copies of public records or documents, engineering and street plans, and transcripts of hearings or meetings conducted under the auspices of the city. The amounts of such fees shall be established by resolution of the city council.

2.390.020 - Bidders exempt from fees.

No fee shall be charged for maps, plans and specifications furnished to contractors for the purpose of preparing bids on work to be done for the city under contract.

2.390.030 - Officers exempt from fees.

No fees shall be charged any officer of the city for any service to such officer in his official capacity.

2.390.040 - Fees paid to city treasury.

All fees collected under this chapter shall be the property of the city and shall be paid into the city treasury by the officer collecting them.
