16.18.010 - Prior divisions legally established.

Nothing in this title shall affect maps or deeds creating lots or parcels or conditions imposed in accordance with regulations in force at the time of the approval of the maps or deeds by the County of Butte or the town. (Ord. 203 §2(part), 1990)
