Chapter 16.16 — SEVERABILITY

16.16.010 - Invalidity or unconstitutionality of sections.

If any portion of this title is for any reason held to be invalid or unconstitutional, such determination shall not affect the validity or constitutionality of the remaining portions of this title. The town council expressly declares that this title and each portion thereof would be adopted irrespective of the fact that any other portion of this title may be found invalid or unconstitutional. (Ord. 203 §2(part), 1990)
