16.11.310 Pesticides toxicity control.

(a) The Director shall develop, maintain, and implement an Integrated Pest Management Policy and procedures for the use of pesticides.

(b) All city employees and contractors shall comply with the Integrated Pest Management Policy and procedures in city operations and on city property.
