15.32.280 - Permit requirements for improvements.

Before making the necessary improvements required by this chapter, the applicant shall submit plans to the City Engineer for review and approval. (Prior code § 4-140)

15.32.290 - Duties and responsibilities of the City Engineer.

The duties of the City Engineer in enforcing this chapter include but are not limited to: A. The review of each plan for new development and major improvements to an existing structure to determine whether additional improvements to the property are required by this chapter; B. The imposition of conditions in accordance with this chapter on each building permit; C. The review of plans for street, curb, gutter, and drainage and path improvements; D. The approval or disapproval of an improvement plan; E. The approval or disapproval of a construction sequence schedule for implementation of an improvement plan; and F. The inspection of each improvement for compliance with permit conditions and applicable requirements of this chapter. (Prior code § 4-141)

15.32.300 - Permit not approval of violations.

The issuance of a permit or approval of plans and specifications shall not be construed as a permit or an approval of any work which violates this chapter. (Prior code § 4-142)

15.32.310 - Violation of permit condition.

The violation of a permit condition imposed under this chapter is an infraction. (Prior code § 4-143)
