15.16.010 - Adoption.

A. The plumbing code of the city is the 2025 California Plumbing Code (California Code of Regulations, Title 24, Part 5), as amended by the changes, additions, and deletions set forth herein. B. The 2025 California Plumbing Code, with the changes, additions, and deletions set forth in this chapter and in other chapters of this title is adopted by this reference as though fully set forth. C. At least one copy of this plumbing code is now on file in the office of the City Clerk and the City Building Department; the other requirements of Government Code Section 50022.6 have been and shall be complied with. D. As of the effective date of the ordinance codified in this chapter, the provisions of the plumbing code are controlling and enforceable within the City. (Ord. No. 11-01, § 7(exh. A), 4-12-11; Ord.
