Orange Cove Municipal Code Ch. 8.12 Fire Zones

The entire city is declared to be and is established a fire district and the fire district shall be known and designated as fire zones one, two and three and each zone shall include such territory or portions of the city as hereinafter designated in this chapter.

Fire zone no. one shall include all those lands situated within the corporate limits of the city more particularly described as follows:

All of the Right of Way of the Atchison, Topeka and Santa Fe Railway; the public park on Park Boulevard; Blocks 37, 38, 60, 61, 62, 63, 70, 104, 125, 69, 82, 95, 81 and 126; Lot 12 in Block 58; Lots 12-24 inclusive in Block 57; Lots 8-24 inclusive in Block 56; Lots 12-24 inclusive in Block 55; Lots 12-27 inclusive in Block 54; Lots 12-24 inclusive in Block 53; Lots 1-13 inclusive in Block 66; Lots 1-13 inclusive in Block 67; Lot 1 in Block 68; Lots 15-32 inclusive in Block 96; Lots 1-19 inclusive in Block 71; Lots 1-13 inclusive in Block 72; Lots 1-13 inclusive in Lots 34 and 35 in Block 73; and North 140 feet of Block 74.

Fire zones nos. two and three shall include all lands within the corporate limits of the city excepting the lands described as fire zone no. one in Section 8.12.020.

Whenever fire zones are referred to in any other portion of this code, the reference shall be to the zones established.
