8.04.010 - Open wells and cesspools prohibited.¶

No person shall maintain or permit to be maintained in the city on any property occupied or owned by him any open well or cesspool whether the same be in use or not.

Every abandoned cesspool immediately upon abandonment shall be completely filled with soil to the level of the surrounding terrain.
