5.28.010 - Bingo games authorized.¶

A. Bingo games are authorized within the city and may be conducted only by those organizations qualifying under Section 326.5 of the Penal Code or as subsequently amended.

B. The games shall be conducted in accordance with and subject to all of the conditions imposed by the penal code as amended.
