5.20.010 - Definitions.

For the purposes of this chapter a "place of public amusement" is defined as any pool hall, billiard parlor, skating rink, dance hall, circus, carnival or any other form of amusement to which the public is admitted.

5.20.020 - Hours.

Places of public amusement shall not remain open between the hours of midnight to five a.m.; provided, however, that places of public amusement from which minors are excluded after midnight may remain open until two a.m.
