2.36.010 - Establishment of rates by resolution.

All fees heretofore set by ordinance may also be established and amended by resolution:

A. Business license;

B. Dog license;

C. Water;

D. Sewer;

E. Garbage;

F. Zoning;

G. Subdivision;

H. Uniform Building Code;

I. Uniform Electrical Code;

J. Uniform Plumbing Code;

K. Duplication and purchase of city documents.
