Sec. 4-7-31. - Severability of provisions.¶

If any provision of this division or the application thereof to any person or circumstances is held invalid, such invalidity shall not affect other provisions or applications of this division which can be given effect without the invalid provisions or applications; and to this end provisions of this division are severable.
