Editor's note— Ord. No. 98-16, § 1, adopted December 8, 1998, amended the Code by repealing § 3-8-47 in its entirety. Former § 3-8-47 pertained to vehicles on land of another, and derived from the Code of 1961, § 38.051.

Sec. 3-8-48. - Disturbance by vehicle.

It shall be unlawful for any person to operate a vehicle referred to in section 3-8-47 of this Code in such a manner as is reasonably likely to disturb the peace or quiet of any neighborhood or person by reason of noise, dust, smoke or fumes.
