Sec. 3-8-13. - Key access systems.¶

(a) So that County employees performing official County duties can gain access to gated residential communities, the communities shall install and maintain a key access system in an accessible location. The key access system shall provide access to those County agencies and departments authorized pursuant to subsection (b).

(b) The Board of Supervisors, by resolution, shall authorize individual County agencies and departments to possess keys to the access systems and adopt rules for their use by each such agency or department.
