Sec. 3-7-28. - False reports or writings.

Whoever, in any manner within the jurisdiction of any office or department or agency of the County of Orange, State of California, knowingly falsifies, conceals, withholds or suppresses by any trick, scheme, verbal statement, writing or device, any fact, or makes any false, fictitious or fraudulent statement or representation, or makes or uses or causes to be made or used any false writing or document when he or she knows the same to contain any false, fictitious or fraudulent statement or entry is guilty of a misdemeanor.
