Sec. 3-7-14. - Person defined.

Person as used herein shall include any corporation, association, society, club, copartnership or individual.

Sec. 3-7-15. - Unlawful for inmate to solicit tort claim from another inmate.

It shall be unlawful for any inmate confined in any facility of the Orange County Jail to solicit from any other inmate, either directly or through another person, the payment or giving of consideration of any amount or type for filing, prosecuting, collecting, settling, compromising, or negotiating any tort claim.

Sec. 3-7-16. - Negotiations between joint tort claimants.

The provisions of this article shall not be construed to prevent joint tort claimants from negotiating with each other for the purpose of combining respective claims or actions against the tort feasor.
