Sec. 6-8.837. Violations.¶
It shall be unlawful for any person to violate any provisions of this chapter, and persons violating said provisions shall be subject to any of the following acts:
(a) Denial of an application;
(b) Termination of service; and
(c) Penalties pursuant to Chapter 2 of Title 1 of the Municipal Code.
