Sec. 5-6.01. State law: License.

Subject to the regulatory provisions of the laws of the State of California, including Cal. Bus. & Prof. Code §§ 21625 et seq., as they now exist and as they may be amended from time to time, the Chief of Police is authorized to grant such license to secondhand dealers and renewals thereto. (§ 2 (part), Ord. 2126, eff. April 16, 1981)

Sec. 5-6.02. Fee.

Applicants for such license shall be charged a fee as provided by state laws for initial license applications and shall be charged a fee for renewals thereof as specified by the Chief of Police and approved by the City Council by resolution. (§ 2 (part), Ord. 2126, eff. April 16, 1981)
