Article 8 — Suspension/Increase of Allocations

The City Council, upon a finding of emergency, may suspend or increase the award of allocations for a period not exceeding one year by the adoption of a resolution containing findings of the facts constituting such emergency. An extension of such suspension shall also be made by a resolution containing such findings of fact. (§ 1, Ord. 686, eff. August 9, 1991)
