Sec. 29A.47. - References to numbered parking lots, streets, Harbor District and beach…

(a) Numbered parking lots, Harbor District or streets as used in this article shall be as shown on Exhibit "A," "Harbor District," attached to the ordinance from which this section is derived.

(b) Beach area as used in this article shall mean all that land lying westerly of Pacific Street, Parking Lot 11A, Parking Lot 11B and Lot 12 as such street, and parking lots are shown on Exhibit "A," "Harbor District," attached to the ordinance from which this section is derived, extending to mean low tide.

Sec. 29A.48. - Use of Atchison, Topeka & Santa Fe underpass.

No vehicular traffic moving in a westerly direction shall pass through the underpass connecting Parking Lot No. 1 with Harbor Drive South. Such underpass, as to vehicles, is hereby declared to be a one-way passage only; only vehicles proceeding in an easterly direction may use such underpass.

All vehicles and pedestrians using such passage shall do so in accordance with the lighted signals located at such underpass.

Sec. 29A.49. - Restricted use of bicycles, skateboards, or motorized vehicles on docks.

It shall be unlawful for any person to ride, store or operate a bicycle, skateboard, roller skates or similar device or motor vehicle, etc., upon the docks, fingers or walkways in the harbor.

Sec. 29A.50. - Parking boat trailers.

(a) No vehicles other than a boat trailer or with a boat trailer attached shall park in the dedicated parking spaces for said vehicles in Parking Lot 1 and Parking lot 11A.

(b) No single vehicle (vehicle without a boat trailer attached) shall be parked in any of the parking stalls, except those specifically designated for single vehicle parking, numbered or unnumbered, in Parking Lot 1, Parking Lot 11A.

Sec. 29A.51. - Prohibited parking of vehicles other than automobiles.

(a) No oversized vehicle or unattached trailer (as defined in section 10.28.1 of the Oceanside Traffic Code) shall be parked in the Harbor Drive North, except in the designated area.

(b) No person shall park or allow to be parked on Harbor Drive North an oversized vehicle or unattached trailer between the hours of 10:00 p.m. and 4:00 a.m. daily.

(c) Slip permittees and harbor commercial lessees may obtain a special permit to park an oversized vehicle overnight in these restricted zones for a limited time, not to exceed seventy-two (72) hours at the discretion of harbor administration.

Sec. 29A.53. - Open flame devices prohibited.

No person shall place or utilize any stove, barbeque, fire ring, or other open flame device in any parking lot or sidewalk or landscaped area adjoining such lot.
