5-45 - Streets.

5-45.002 Requirement. Each development or use of land shall provide streets, to serve such development or use, in accordance with the standards specified in this chapter. Further, where existing streets are to serve a new or intensified use or development, and where such existing streets do not meet the standards set forth in this chapter, or established in a resolution designating a right-of-way line, such streets shall be modified to meet the minimum standards of this chapter and to comply with any designated right-of-way line.
