10.54.010 - General provisions.¶
The owner of any vehicle towed away under the direction of the city police department pursuant to Sections 22651(k), 22651(o), 22651(p) or 22669(d) of the California Vehicle Code, shall be required to pay an administrative fee as established pursuant to resolution of the city council prior to the release of the owner's vehicle.
