1.12.010 - Posting places for public notices.¶
The location of posting places for public notices shall be set by the city council from time to time by resolution.

1.12.020 - Ordinance summaries.¶
The city clerk is designated as the official to prepare summaries of ordinances for publication, pursuant to the authority of Section 36933(c)(1) of the Government Code of the state.

1.12.030 - Publication of ordinances.¶
A. The city clerk shall summarize and publish proposed ordinances and amendments to existing ordinances pursuant to Sections 36933(c)(1) and 36933(c)(2) of the Government Code of the state.
B. The city clerk may, in the alternative, publish ordinances pursuant to Section 36933(a) of the Government Code of the state.
