1.08.010 - City seal adopted.

There is adopted an official seal for the city, having in its center the words "Incorporated, September 22, 1955" and an impression placed therein of a facsimile of the boundaries of the city, and around its perimeter the words "City of Newark, California," the impression of which seal is placed on Ordinance 10.1, copies of which are on file in the office of the city clerk, which seal is declared to be the official seal of the city.
