5.24.010 - Definitions.¶
As used in this chapter, the words "liquor" or "intoxicating liquor" means beer, wine, gin, whiskey, cordials or rum, and every liquid or solid, patented or not, containing more than three percent of alcohol by volume and which are fit for use for beverage purposes.

5.24.020 - Hours of operation.¶
It is unlawful for any person or persons in the city to keep open or conduct any place of business and sell liquor between the hours of 12:00 midnight and 6:00 a.m. succeeding.

5.24.030 - Preventing interior view prohibited.¶
It is unlawful to conduct any place of business having a closed front where liquor or intoxicating liquor is sold unless the place of business provides a glass aperture through which any person on the sidewalk may obtain a clear and unobstructed view into the place of business.

5.24.040 - Violation—Penalty.¶
Any person or persons who are in violation of any of the provisions of this chapter shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction thereof, shall be punished by a fine of not more than three hundred dollars ($300.00) nor less than twenty dollars ($20.00) or by imprisonment for a period of not more than three (3) months, or by both such fine and imprisonment.
