Napa County Municipal Code Ch. 17.59 Groundwater Conservation

Any subdivision application submitted under this title (including applications for tentative maps, vesting tentative maps, final maps, lot line adjustments and conditional certificates of compliance) shall disclose whether the proposed subdivision requires or anticipates the use of groundwater as a water source. Where the subdivision requires or anticipates the use of groundwater as a water source the subdivision application shall not be approved or conditionally approved until a groundwater permit has been obtained.
