1.16.090 - Findings.¶
The board of supervisors finds, on the basis of employment conditions, on the basis of education conditions, on the basis of the status of the Napa County Adult Detention Facility, and on the basis of other pertinent considerations, that the operation of a prisoner work furlough program and of a prisoner education furlough program is feasible in the county.

1.16.100 - Administrator—Appointment and duties.¶
The director of the department of corrections is appointed and shall perform the functions of administrator of a prisoner work furlough and prisoner education furlough program in the county.

1.16.110 - Administrator—Statutory authority.¶
The administrator shall perform his functions in conformity with Penal Code Section 1208, and all other applicable laws, rules and regulations.
