SEC. 8.68.05. - Phased Projects — Tenant Improvements.

Subsection 303.1.1 of the 2025 California Green Building Standards Code is amended to read as follows:

303.1.1 Tenant improvements. The provisions of this code shall apply to tenant improvements in a project.
