SEC. 36.28. - Purpose and applicability.¶
a. Purpose. This section provides site planning and development standards for specific land uses that are allowed within the city.
b. Applicability. Land uses covered by this section shall conform with the provisions of the section(s) applicable to the specific use, in addition to other applicable provisions of this chapter including the standards of the zone district where the use is located.
