This ordinance becomes effective thirty (30) days after its adoption.
The foregoing ordinance was introduced and read by title on October 20, 1982, and following the holding of a public hearing on October 20, 1982, was adopted at a meeting of the Town Council of the Town of Moraga on November 3, 1982, by the following vote:
