This ordinance becomes effective thirty (30) days after its adoption.
The foregoing ordinance was introduced and read by title on February 2, 1981, and following the holding of a public hearing on March 2, 1981, was adopted at a meeting of the Town Council of the Town of Moraga on March 2, 1981, by the following vote:
