Moraga Municipal Code § 4 Reference to Officials and Offices

In those sections of the Ordinance Code of Contra Costa County adopted by reference, references to "Board of Supervisors" mean the Town Council of this Town; and references to an office, official title or other designation mean that office title or designation in the governmental structure of this Town, or if there is none, the official or title holder in this Town who performs the function or duty referred to.
