5.20.010 - Considered lost after seven days.

A warrant issued by the Auditor of the County of Monterey shall be considered lost if it has been mailed and has not been received by the addressee within seven days after the date of mailing thereof.

5.20.020 - Void after one year.

Any warrant issued is void if not presented to the County Treasurer for payment within one year after its date.
