4.12.010 - Fees and fines.¶

The Monterey County Free Library may set fines for the violation of any of its rules and regulations and fees for those services which are not related to the collection, organization, and disbursement of library materials. All such fees and fines shall be set forth in the Monterey County Fee Resolution.
