4.08.010 - Duties assigned—Probation Department.

In accordance with the authority granted by Section 234 of the California Welfare and Institutions Code (Stats. 1976, Chapter 1068), delinquency prevention duties are assigned to the Monterey County probation department.

4.08.020 - Duties assigned—Juvenile Justice and Delinquency Prevention Commission.

In accordance with the authority granted by Sections 232, 233, and 235 of the California Welfare and Institutions Code (Stats. 1976, Chapter 1068), the Monterey County Juvenile Justice Commission is assigned duties in juvenile delinquency prevention and, hereafter, said commission shall be known as the Monterey County Juvenile Justice and Delinquency Prevention Commission.
