9.04.010 - Drinking in public.¶
No person shall drink any intoxicating liquor in or upon any public street or public place within the city.

9.04.020 - Soliciting or accepting drinks from customers where employed.¶
No employee shall accept or solicit for himself drinks of alcoholic beverages from any customer at the place where he is employed.

9.04.030 - Strip tease acts.¶
No person shall, in any public place, in the course of any entertainment participated in by him as a performer, remove from his person any article of clothing other than a hat, coat, necktie, gloves or shoes.

9.04.040 - Exposure by waiters, waitresses and entertainers.¶
A. Prohibitions—Waiters, Waitresses and Entertainers. Every person is guilty of a misdemeanor who, while acting as a waiter, waitress or entertainer in an establishment which serves food, beverages, or food and beverages, including, but not limited to, alcoholic beverages for consumption on the premises of such establishments:
Exposes his or her genitals, pubic hair, buttocks, natal cleft, perineum, anal region or pubic hair region; or
Exposes any device, costume or covering which gives the appearance of or simulates the genitals, pubic hair, buttocks, natal cleft, perineum, anal region or pubic hair region; or
Exposes any portion of the female breast at or below the areola thereof.
B. Employment or Payment Not Necessary for Offense. A person shall be deemed to be a waiter, waitress or entertainer if such person acts in that capacity without regard to whether such person is paid any compensation by the management of the establishment in which the activity is performed.
C. Prohibitions—Public Performance. Every person is guilty of a misdemeanor who, while participating in any live act, demonstration or exhibition in any public place, place open to the public or place open to public view:
Exposes his or her genitals, pubic hair, buttocks, natal cleft, perineum, anal region or pubic hair region; or
Exposes any device, costume or covering which gives the appearance of or simulates the genitals, pubic hair, buttocks, natal cleft, perineum, anal region or pubic hair region; or
Exposes any portion of the female breast at or below the areola thereof.
D. Counseling or Assisting. Every person is guilty of a misdemeanor who causes, permits, procures, counsels or assists any person to expose or simulate exposure as prohibited in this section.
E. Exemption of Theatrical Establishments. The provisions of this section shall not apply to a theater, concert hall or similar establishment which is primarily devoted to theatrical performances.

9.04.050 - Depositing human waste prohibited.¶
A. No person shall urinate, defecate, or deposit any human waste or excrement in any manner on or at any public place, including, but not limited to, any street, park, restaurant, cafe, theater, store, playground, school ground, recreational area, or other place to which the public is invited or has access to, or any place open to the public view.
B. No person shall enter into or remain on private property for the purpose of urinating, defecating, or deposit any human waste or excrement in any manner, except with the permission of the lawful occupant in a restroom or otherwise enclosed facility designed for the sanitary disposal of human waste, or as otherwise provided by law.
