6.25.010 - Camp or camping facility.

Camp or camping facility means tents, huts, other temporary physical shelters (whether of natural or synthetic material), cots, beds, bedding material, hammocks, bedrolls, or fire pits.

6.25.020 - Camping prohibited.

No person shall erect, maintain, or occupy a camping facility for the purposes of living accommodations on any street, sidewalk, other public place, on or in any place open to the public, or on privately owned property without the express consent of the owner.

6.25.030 - Violation—Misdemeanor.

Violation of any provision of this chapter shall be deemed a misdemeanor and shall be punishable as described in Section 1.12.010 of this Code.
