6.20.010 - Repair, restoration or maintenance of vehicles in residential zones prohibited.

It is unlawful to conduct or allow any repair, restoration or maintenance of any vehicle or part of any vehicle unless such vehicle or part of any vehicle is legally owned by and registered to the owner of the property upon which it is located, or to the immediate family of the property owner, or to the tenant or immediate family of the tenant of such property. Immediate family shall include the spouse, children, parents, brothers and sisters of said owner or tenant.

6.20.020 - Permitted within enclosed building.

Any permitted repair, restoration or maintenance of any vehicle or part of any vehicle requiring an exemption permit shall occur wholly within an area enclosed within a building or in a manner where it is not visible from the public right-of-way.
