15.08.010 Agreements authorized.¶
Building inspection services may be performed pursuant to written agreement duly entered into between the city and other governmental agencies maintaining functioning building inspection services within the county. (Ord. 164 § 1, 1979)
15.08.020 Agreement approval.¶
No agreement as described in Section 15.08.010 shall be valid until approved by resolution of the council of the city. (Ord. 164 § 2, 1979)
15.08.030 Termination of agreement.¶
In the event of termination of any agreement described in Section 15.08.010, the city may enter into a new agreement with any agency meeting the qualifications as set forth in Section 15.04.010. (Ord. 164 § 3, 1979)
