8.16.010 - Air pollution rules and regulations—Enforcement authority.

The county air pollution control officer, or any of his duly qualified and acting deputies, are designated, pursuant to California Penal Code Section 836.5, as public officers and/or employees authorized by ordinance to arrest persons for violations of the Modoc County Air Pollution Rules and Regulations heretofore adopted, effective January 17, 1972, and amendments thereto.
