8-1.801 - Creation of Fund.¶
A fund is hereby created to account for the City of Modesto's Deferred Compensation Plans.

8-1.802 - Title of Fund.¶
Such fund shall be known as the "Deferred Compensation Fund."

8-1.803 - Purpose of the Fund.¶
Said fund shall be used to account for all transactions involving the Deferred Compensation Plans.
