8-1.701 - Creation of Fund.¶
A fund is hereby created to account for the Methane Gas Generation Project.

8-1.702 - Title of Fund.¶
Such fund shall be known as the "Methane Gas Generation Fund."

Said fund shall be used to account for all transactions involving the production and distribution of methane gas.
