Merced Municipal Code Art. III Other Funds

Pursuant to the provisions of Section 1113 of the Charter of the city, there is established the airport capital improvement projects reserve fund, a special fund for airport capital improvement projects.

Pursuant to the provisions of Section 1113 of the Charter of the city, there is established the recreation and parks general capital outlay fund.

Pursuant to the provisions of Section 1113 of Charter of the city, there is established the capital improvement reserve fund, which shall be a special fund for special capital outlay purposes.

Pursuant to Section 1113 of the Charter of the city, there is established the capital equipment reserve fund, which shall be a special fund for special capital outlay purposes.

There is established for the city, a departmental trust fund and petty cash fund. The finance officer of the city is instructed to set up the same in the books of the city.

The city council may, from time to time, by resolution, provide for the handling of any moneys in the fund established by the preceding section and any and all other matters and things reasonably pertaining to such funds, all in accordance with the provisions of Section 1114 of the Charter of the city.

Pursuant to Section 1113 of the city Charter, there is created a special capital outlay fund to be known as "sewers and drains capital outlay reserve," and there shall be apportioned, appropriated or placed into such fund such moneys as the city council may, from time to time, designate.
